It is no mystery that men are facing many difficulties and challenges in their everyday lives. What is more challenging is to handle and cope with a variety of challenges whilst having no support, sounding board, trusted counsel, guidance or mentorship, a men’s group, be it virtual or face-to-face can be effective in helping men speak about and deal with the pressing issues they are facing.
Together, we ask questions about your spiritual and physical relationships, career, emotions, inspirations, lifestyle and more… we do this to get clear on the context of what’s really going on in your life.
At the core of our men’s group are guys sharing what is happening in their lives and other guys sharing about how they navigated similar situations.
We don’t make it intense, scary, or weird because at the end of the day, we hold no judgement and suffer the same floors and challenges as one another, so it’s really just about the guys getting together to chat about life.
